Dr Belle Picco
Osteopath
B.Hlth.Sc./B.App.Sc (Osteopathy)

Belle’s passion for osteopathy began after her younger self struggled with a stubborn lower back injury and was helped back onto the basketball court after seeing an osteopath. That experience shapes how she works with patients today, focused on restoring function and helping people reach their goals.
Belle brings over ten years of clinical experience to osteopathy. She has a particular interest in pre- and postnatal patients, headaches / jaw pain, and general sports injuries. Her approach is practical and thorough: she listens, assesses movement and lifestyle factors, then builds a plan that gets to the root cause rather than only treating symptoms. Belle’s treatment style combines soft tissue manipulation, MET, joint articulation, HVLA and dry needling paired with a tailored exercise program and clinical Pilates to help her patients reach their treatment goals.
Outside of work Belle skis, cooks, follows the Knicks and enjoys Pilates.
