Peak Osteopathy is your pathway towards a better version of yourself. Our goal is to provide you with the best Osteopathic care in Melbourne, helping you to feel better, live better and perform better; to reach your Peak.
We pride ourselves on providing you with practitioners who are seen by their peers to be leaders in the profession. Professional development and a comprehensive knowledge of the latest trends, research and clinical reasoning are at the forefront of your management from the minute you walk through the front door to empowering you to take ownership over your progress when you are out of our sight.
Peak Osteo is in the heart of Hawthorn. We have a long history in the Boroondara area with staff living and having worked in surrounding suburbs such as Camberwell, Canterbury, Kew, Malvern, Richmond and Glen Iris. Our clinic is place where patients feel comfortable bringing themselves, their families and friends, where they feel listened to and where they are in highly qualified, capable hands.
We are thrilled to be part of your road to better you and look forward to guiding you along the way to the peak of your personal health.

What do we do?
Osteopaths are primarily manual therapists and enlist a range of hands-on techniques that may include soft tissue massage, joint manipulation and mobilisation, muscle energy technique, dry needling and myofascial release as well as exercise prescription, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, ergonomic advice or other management strategies.
Every Osteopathic consultation will involve a comprehensive history of your condition, physical examination and diagnosis.
This assessment may also include any relevant neurological or orthopaedic testing to allow us to arrive at a personalised diagnosis.
