Dr Kirsten O’Loughlin
Osteopath
B.Sc. (Osteopathy)/M.H.Sc. (Osteopathy)

What inspired Kirsten to pursue osteopathy was its focus on whole-person, patient-centred care. She is passionate about supporting the body’s natural healing processes and empowering individuals to take an active role in their own health.
With particular interests in sporting injuries, TMJ/headaches, pre and postnatal care, acute neck/back pain and chronic conditions, her treatment style is gentle yet effective. She enjoys using a wide range of techniques tailored to each person’s needs, including soft tissue massage, joint manipulation, articulation, dry needling, and cupping therapy.
Kirsten’s personal commitment to movement and wellbeing led her to further her studies in Clinical and Rehabilitation Pilates. She enjoys integrating tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs into her treatments, helping patients restore function and achieve their individual health goals.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find her staying active with Pilates and running, enjoying live music and sporting events, exploring new destinations, or unwinding with a good book.
