Stuart is a dedicated osteopath who takes a holistic, whole-body approach to care, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of pain. He combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise rehabilitation and lifestyle guidance to help patients move well, recover effectively, and stay active long term.
He treats a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, with a particular interest in shoulder, hip, neck, and back pain. Stuart uses a mix of manual therapy, joint manipulation, soft tissue techniques, dry needling, and structured rehab, always considering factors such as training, ergonomics, sleep, and nutrition.
Stuart has a strong focus on athlete management, with experience working with surfers, trail runners and mountaineers, as well as professional athletes in the NHL, AFL and International athletics. With a personal background in high-level athletics and as a Level 1 Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) coach, he brings a practical understanding of performance, injury prevention, and return-to-sport planning.
Outside the clinic, Stuart enjoys competing in athletics, following the AFL, NFL, and athletics, as well as travelling whenever he gets the chance. Stuart also loves TV, movies, music and food!
